Purchasing a new vehicle at Fair Oaks was the best car buying experience of my life. Kevin Pranaitis was my salesman and I never felt any pressure when working with him. He answered all my questions, returned emails promptly and was genuinely concerned about me finding the vehicle that I wanted. Needed a new vehicle after 11 years of driving my old car. Went to Fair Oaks and Kevin Pranaitis greeted me at the door. I felt very comfortable while making the transaction. No sales pressure to upgrade to this or that. Kevin explained all the features of the car (A LOT has changed in 11 years) and provided stellar service. Thank you! Very happy with the vehicle.

My vehicle was purchased at Fair Oakes "NEW" in 2012. I had a vehicle that needed significant work so and it was time - so I purchased my new Explorer. Because the service center is so accommodating and helpful I don't dread going to the dealership or service center. They have coffee (refreshments); I've able to work in a waiting room environment which is accommodating - in fact, their waiting room is clean, inviting and large enough to feel comfortable (not cramped). I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience than the purchase of a new 2012 F-150 from Craig Holsman at Fair Oaks Ford. Craig worked with me to explain the various options on the locally available vehicles. The entire process was performed in a no pressure atmosphere I was very pleased with the vehicle and price.
The entire staff at fair Oaks Ford exceeded all of my expectations.

The vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Ford Flex Limited. This is my 8th new car purchase, and my first involving this dealership and rep. Frankly I was surprised by this experience compared to others in the past. I'll list the reasons:

1. Sales experience. I'm used to buying a car being a somewhat adversarial experience, even if it occurs with a smile. That simply didn't happen with this purchase, from beginning to end I'd describe it as helpful. Craig took a no pressure approach to dealing with me. He was forthcoming with information from the very beginning. I was an initial internet customer and there was no pressure to get me immediately into the sales room, he waited till I suggested I'd like to come in. When the model and options I wanted proved hard to find, he found one a few states away that closely matched what I wanted and got that vehicle for my wife and I with no extra charges for doing so. Many dealers lose interest when they realize they can't move something on one of their lots. That simply didn't happen here. They wanted to get us into the Ford we wanted, not just move a car on their lot.

2. Pricing. I'm used to having to spend multiple hours haggling with the dealership over the cost of the car, the value of the trade in, the financing, etc etc. I've had dealerships try four squares, bait and switch quotes, multiple reps with a single customer, all kinds of approaches with me. Because of this I usually go into dealerships well armed with information previously researched on both new vehicle and trade in and ready for the battle. Its always good info to have but this time it wasn't needed. His initial quote to me was an excellent deal based on everything I had researched. The initial offer on my trade in was also right on the money from what I had appraised the vehicle to be worth for a trade in. I was surprised to say the least and wondering if I should start haggling anyway to try to get more, but decided I was pretty happy to run across a new car dealer who was giving you a very good deal and an honest appraisal up front. That is rare in my experiences.

Overall this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have made to date thanks to Craig and the folks at Fair Oaks Ford. If in the future I purchase another Ford, they'll have a returning customer for sure.

After years of residency and graduate school, my wife and I were finally in a position to purchase a new vehicle for our soon-to-be expanding family. Our search for a new Ford Explorer led us to Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. Initially in the process, we were somewhat nervous about the whole new car buying experience. But from start to finish, Mr. Craig Holsman completely eliminated any apprehension that we may have had, and made the whole process completely comfortable and even enjoyable. Craig was honest, fair, and patient, and was genuine in wanting us to find the Explorer that we were looking for. He even told us about rebates and incentives that we were not aware of that were a huge savings to us. After not being able to locate an Explorer w/ the options we were seeking, Craig helped us order directly from the factory. We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and extremely pleased w/ our interaction w/ Fair Oaks and especially Craig Holsman. Because of this experience, we will make Fair Oaks and Mr. Holsman our first stop in all of our future car buying needs.

This is my seventh vehicle I have purchased with the help of Craig Holsman. Craig is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with and I mean everything I have ever purchased. Craig goes the extra mile to make sure the deal is correct and fair for all parties involved. If you have any questions, concerns, or problem Craig is the one to talk with. Thanks to Craig I have become a loyal Ford and Fair Oaks customer. Whenever I decide in the future to purchase another vehicle, Craig Holsman will be my salesperson. I will make sure to recommend Craig to anyone who ask me if I know a person at "Ford".

Serafin Castelan is another great salesperson at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. Serafin did the delivery of my new 2012 Ford and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was helpful to make sure my wife and I understood how to operate all the features. Serafin is an asset to the Fair Oaks Team.

I bought my new vehicle from FairOaks Ford. Mr. Craig Holsman works with me through all the way of my vehicle purchasing process and helps me in great depth. He is the most active and responsive one among all the sales representatives I get contact during the period. He also takes extra time to work on my most convenient time and make everything through firm and clear while I am in his office.

The whole experience is excellent, the effectiveness, sense of humor, friendly communication are all 5 star level.

I will definitely recommend FairOaks Ford and Mr. Craig to all my friends who will consider buying a new vehicle.

Craig listened to my needs and provided me the best options in purchasing just the right vehicle along with the best financing options available to me.
