Noticed a "service vehicle soon" on dash. Was able to get an appointment scheduled within a view days Once at the dealer, the issue was diagnosed and was covered under my extended warranty. . Appointment made for service the next day. After the tech began working on the vehicle it was determined that the part delivered was not viable, and a new part would need to be ordered. I was provided a loaner for two days, and the issue was resolved.. very satisfied

Went in for an oil change on Fri 05-15-26. Frank was the service writer he met me promptly at my driver's door. I mentioned what I was there for an oil change.( Works incl tire rotation). Frank listened to my concerns with the vehicle and noted them on the work order. Everything was completed correctly in a timely matter of 1 hour. Thanks Frank and Fair Oaks Ford for a job well done. We were told that it was a mistake and that Ford put that on their site unknowingly and that they could not and would not honor it. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They do not provide the correct paperwork to get a legal title. After 106 days, I do not have the needed legal paperwork in hand to register and title my vehicle. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes and do not communicate the status of issues. Experience was easy; I knew what I wanted. One issue was that delivery was going to be late in day. We had a long travel day so I tried to push to next morning. Salesperson was so insistent on finishing that day that she drove it to our house. I appreciate that it saved me a trip but would have preferred that she honored our request. On 11/21/2025, I purchased a lightly-used (4000 miles) 2025 F-150 Lariat PowerBoost from Fair Oaks Ford. My salesman, Jesus Nunez, was someone I had worked with previously on a Lincoln purchase from the same family of dealerships. Both times he made the experience easy and smooth, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. It's been 1.5 months of waiting to get our family (of 7) vehicle back. My expedition experienced a turbo failure while I was in the area for work. This was a professional team of experts who answered all our questions and helped us get a great deal on a a Toyota 4Runner .
