Staff was very knowledgeable; friendly and respectful in answering my questions and went out of their way to make sure I didn’t have too long a wait. Also very clean shop and waiting area with free coffee and snacks.
I work with both John and Frank. When I drive in the door I look for Frank as he takes good care of me and my car. He answers my questions and doesn't argue with me. If I have a wrong opinion, he explains why and we move on. John Mazurek does the same. They know the product that they work with. Others can't say the same. This develops trust. This was our first visit to Fair Oaks Ford, Naperville IL. We were met at the showroom door by Christian Medina, after polite conversation he understood our needs and immediately took us to the range of vehicles on our list. After a short viewing we settled on a vehicle and proceeded with closing the purchase. Noticed a "service vehicle soon" on dash. Was able to get an appointment scheduled within a view days Once at the dealer, the issue was diagnosed and was covered under my extended warranty. . Appointment made for service the next day. After the tech began working on the vehicle it was determined that the part delivered was not viable, and a new part would need to be ordered. I was provided a loaner for two days, and the issue was resolved.. very satisfied

Went in for an oil change on Fri 05-15-26. Frank was the service writer he met me promptly at my driver's door. I mentioned what I was there for an oil change.( Works incl tire rotation). Experience was easy; I knew what I wanted. One issue was that delivery was going to be late in day. We had a long travel day so I tried to push to next morning. Salesperson was so insistent on finishing that day that she drove it to our house. I appreciate that it saved me a trip but would have preferred that she honored our request. Both times he made the experience easy and smooth, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable.
