Twelve miles south on Naperville Road — 900+ new Fords on the ground, and one of fewer than 100 Ford dealers in the country to hold the True Blue Award in back-to-back years.
About twelve miles, or roughly twenty minutes without traffic. The simplest way is Naperville Road straight south through Wheaton until it meets Ogden Avenue, then a short jog west. If you would rather move faster, I-88 west to the Naperville Road exit does the same job with fewer lights.
We are at 2055 West Ogden Avenue, where Ogden meets Route 59 — same county as Glen Ellyn.
We are not the closest Ford dealership to Glen Ellyn. Several sit nearer, and for a straightforward purchase they may well suit you better. What follows is the case for the extra ten minutes, and where that case runs out.
The single thing that separates dealerships of the same brand is how much inventory they can actually hold. We keep more than 900 new Fords on the ground and sell over 1,000 vehicles a year.
That only matters on vehicles that come in a lot of shapes, which is most of what people actually want. The F-150 alone spans three cab styles, three bed lengths, six powertrains and a dozen trim levels; we move 247 or more a year, which means a meaningful share of those combinations are sitting outside rather than living in a build queue. Same story with the Bronco, where we carry one of the larger allocations in the region.
The practical version: if you have already been somewhere closer and the answer was "we can order that," this is the drive that fixes it. Call (630) 793-4660 first and we will confirm the exact unit is on the ground before you leave.
Glen Ellyn is home to College of DuPage, one of the largest community colleges in the country, and a fair number of the calls we get from Glen Ellyn are parents sorting out a first car rather than shoppers replacing their own.
That is a different conversation, and worth having honestly. A first car usually needs to be reliable, cheap to insure, cheap to run, and not so precious that a parking-lot scuff ruins anyone's month. Our under-$20,000 pre-owned inventory is generally where that lands, and Ford Certified Pre-Owned is worth the premium when the driver is nineteen — factory-backed warranty coverage and a 172-point inspection take the worst outcomes off the table.
If the student is commuting from Glen Ellyn to campus and back, a Maverick with the standard hybrid powertrain is often the better new-vehicle answer than anything larger. It is the cheapest new Ford to run and it parks like a car.
Every dealership says it cares about customers. Two things separate a claim from a record, and both can be verified by someone other than us.
Ford Motor Company's recognition for dealers performing across five parts of the business in the same year: Sales Effectiveness, Ford Protect, RIM Support, Remote Experiences and Ford Credit. Fewer than 100 of roughly 2,800 U.S. Ford dealerships qualify annually — about the top 3.5%. Ford's own letter called it "an incredible achievement."
2021 through 2026. J.D. Power has no relationship with Ford and surveys people who actually bought cars, which makes this the more useful award for a buyer. Six years is long enough that it is not luck.
Neither award sells you a vehicle. What they tell you is that the experience is consistent enough to survive an independent audit six years running — which is the thing you are really gambling on when you drive somewhere unfamiliar.
247+ sold a year. Three cabs, three beds, six powertrains, XL through Raptor.
136+ a year. Three rows, available AWD, ST and hybrid variants.
One of the larger allocations in the region, 2-door and 4-door.
96 a year. Compact, standard AWD, sized for a Glen Ellyn driveway.
Standard hybrid. The cheapest new Ford to run and the easiest to park.
All-electric, with guidance on home charging in a DuPage County garage.
Lease and APR programs change every month, so live numbers belong on the specials page rather than buried in a landing page that might be six weeks stale.
Twelve miles is short enough that people often turn up unannounced, and long enough that it is a waste when the vehicle is not there. One call solves it.
Ring (630) 793-4660 and we will confirm the specific unit is on the lot, pull it round front, and quote your payment over the phone so nothing is a surprise. You can start a trade appraisal and apply for financing from home first, which usually turns the visit into a test drive and a signature.
We are open until 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and 7:00 PM Saturday, so this does not have to eat a Saturday morning.
Glen Ellyn sits comfortably inside our service area, so most routine work does not require you to come here at all. Ford Pickup & Delivery and Ford Mobile Service cover qualifying maintenance — we collect the vehicle from your house or office, do the work in Naperville, and return it. Call (630) 793-4680 with your address and we will confirm before you book rather than after.
When something needs to stay longer, we run 30+ loaner vehicles. The department is staffed by factory-trained Ford technicians using genuine Ford parts, and it is sized against our sales volume, which is why appointment availability tends to be better than at a smaller store.

If you are leaving a vehicle with us for a few hours, downtown Naperville and the Riverwalk are the equivalent at this end — restaurants, shops and Naper Settlement, all within minutes of the dealership.
